How do you know whether to entrust your pet with one practice compared to another?
We would suggest that personal recommendation is important, but also that a practice meets independent standards. We meet the following criteria:

• Hospital status. We are an inspected veterinary hospital which guarantees a high standard. See British Veterinary Hospital Association
• Tier 3 RCVS standard. Our governing body, the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons, classifies practices from tier one to tier three. We are tier 3, the highest standard. Some practices opt not to join this voluntary standards scheme at all.  Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons
• BSAVA approved standard. This is the British Small Animal Veterinary Association, to which we belong, and attain their approved standard. British Small Animal Veterinary Association.
• We have attained the Investors in People award, reflecting our commitment to staff and their professional development. Investors in People
