Gold Club

To enable pet owners to spread the cost of routine treatment, we have designed our own practice membership scheme - the Gold Club.

The normal time to enrol is immediately after your pet's annual health check and vaccination or after completion of the primary vaccination course. Joining at any other time will incur an initial registration fee.

Prevention is better than cure

Our practice membership scheme provides pet owners with the support they need to keep their pets stay fit and healthy.

Regular visits mean that we have the opportunity to administer necessary vaccinations and dispense accurate and up-to-date worming and flea treatments. In addition, an overall clinical examination gives us the opportunity to carefully monitor the general health of your pet and offer advice, support and treatment planning which in many cases may prevent problems arising in the future.

Furthermore, the cost of maintaining good general health of your pets is distributed throughout the year by making monthly Direct Debit payments - it couldn't be simpler.

Whilst spreading the cost of routine treatments, all members then qualify for additional discounts on other items in the practice. Also, should a pet need an expensive operation or treatment, paymeny can be spread over a number of months (conditions apply).

Pets on the Gold Club can be covered by an insurance of up to £2500 should they require treatment after an accident . An excess applies (this additional option is available for a small extra premium).

Monthly fees

How do I register?

Please call in at the practice to complete a simple registration form which will require your bank account details. Practice staff will be happy to answer any queries you may have.

*Please note that discounts are NOT included on any service sourced off the premises eg. referrals, private cremations, external laboratory tests or external out of hours treatment at another practice. The discount cannot be used in conjunction with other schemes such as Derby Council Gold Card, special promotions, group vaccination discounts, or emergency out-of-hours fees.

Accident Insurance

The optional insurance within this Plan is to provide cover for treatment administered by us following an accidental injury.

An excess of £75 applies and the limit on each claim is £2500 with a maximum of £5000 in any one year.

Extended Payment Scheme

For any treatments over £250, pet owners will have the facility to spread the payment over a number of months. Please note that our normal discount is not available if the Extended Payment facility is utilised.
