“It’s lovely to be recognised, I do try and do my job to the best of my ability and try and go the extra mile but I wouldn’t be able to do that without the wonderful team here.

Ben always wanted to work with animals and qualified as a vet in 2007, joining Byron Veterinary Clinic later that year. In 2017, he gained a Post Graduate Certificate in Small Animal Ophthalmology and achieved Advanced Practitioner status soon after. He was promoted to Clinical Director of Ashfield House Veterinary Hospital in 2019 and regularly sees internal and external second opinions.
Working at both Byron Vets and Ashfield House, Ben is a popular team member with a loyal client base.
He and his partner have two lurchers, Waffle aged 12, and Rocket, aged 10.
