Food & Medication Delivery Service
If you are in need of a food or medicines to be delivered to your home, we do offer a delivery service. You can simply place your normal order via the normal portal online or via the phone, and request the order is made for delivery.
We ask that you give us 72 hours notice for this service, but please be mindful that some drugs take up to 5 days to acquire.
If you have an urgent time frame then please get in touch via phone so we can advise you further. Small variable fees apply depending on the delivery requested – again contact us for further details.

Online Repeat Prescriptions
In order to redispense Prescription Only Medication (POM’s), the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons code of practice indicates that pets must be under our real care.
For most pets this involves a professional re-examination at regular intervals – normally three months; to the benefit of your pet’s health.If your pet has been seen in a consultation at Ashfield House, we can issue repeat prescriptions for most drugs.
Please fill in the fields below and we will contact you by phone or e-mail to confirm that we can supply the item or items requested. Please allow 72 hours for us to be able to process the request as all prescription items need to be checked by a qualified vet. We will then have items available for you to collect at any time during our opening hours. All prescriptions must be paid for at the time of collection.

If the item requested is not suitable as a repeat item, if your pet has not been seen by us, if your pet needs to be re-examined before the request can be allowed or if the item is unavailable from the manufacturer; we will contact you to make further arrangements.
