Note to our clients
The smooth and efficient running of our veterinary practice is of upmost importance to us.
However, during December we had 50 clients who failed to turn up for their appointment at Ashfield House. This is over 12 hours of wasted consultation time with our vets.
If you can no longer attend your appointment, please kindly call the practice at your earliest convenience and let us know so that we can reschedule your visit to the surgery, this will allow us to reallocate the time for another unwell pet.
If you are running late for your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible. If you are very late you may be asked to rebook, this is so other clients arriving on time are not made to wait unduly.
Exceptions will of course be made for emergencies.
We reserve the right to charge for missed appointments like other professional services.
